Experience & Background
Former CIO, VP of IT, CDO, or equivalent at a mid-tier enterprise.
Track record of leading large-scale digital transformation or institutional change management
Hands-on AI experience — you have implemented, governed, or directly managed AI/ML initiatives
Familiarity with regulatory environments such as HIPAA, FERPA, IRB, or equivalent frameworks
Domain expertise in enterprises >$50M Revenue
